Please fill out the return and exchange form and attach it to your return package.

NO CHANGE, REFUND OR SIZE CHANGE ON PRODUCTS BOUGT ON SALE! So if you are unsure about your size, contact us via email or instgram before you order

Pro Horse International has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back for a refund or exchange.
Please always contact Pro Horse International by email to info@prohorseinternational.com including your order number before returning any items.

Return shipping is paid by customer
We handle returns and exchanges during business hours 9am – 6pm CET.

Pack your order in the original shipping box, or equivalent.
Please note that you will bear the cost of return shipping.
Once we have received your return safe and sound, your refund will be credited to the same payment method from which the order was originally paid. Please allow up to 7 business days
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods (including shoe box and/or dustbag) more than was necessary.

EUROPEAN/INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Pack your order in the original shipping box, or equivalent.
Please note that you will bear the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return safe and sound, your refund will be credited to the same payment method from which the order was originally paid. Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the return for the balance to update.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods (including shoe box and/or dustbag) more than was necessary.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or color. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at Pro horse international.

Items bought on sale are not changeable, you can how ever change in to another size for a fee of 30 euro.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
We prefer that items are returned through Pro horse international return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport at your own risk. If you order the wrong size you are welcome to send us your product back and exchange for another size.
We do not offer cash return on sale items

QUALITY GUARANTEE
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.

We can not refund or change any products that has been washed with fabric softner
